The Client

New Signature is a cloud-first, full-service Microsoft partner that delivers technology solutions that solve business challenges. They manage their client’s project inception and planning, from initial deployment to ongoing support and maintenance.

The Challenge

New Signature wanted a partner who understood their brand, and who could develop a suite of templates and pre-made assets, as well as being able to respond to requests within a carefully structured service level agreement.

For the ongoing partnership, we have to deal with teams across multiple time zones. New Signature has a fast moving and demanding product, so it is important to work closely together and fully understand their goals.

Approach

We allocated set members of our own team to fully immerse themselves in New Signature’s brand and way of working. As well as knowing what is and is not permitted when implementing their brand in presentation work, the dedicated team members can stay ahead of the game, adapt quickly to ongoing demands, and offer the best possible service.

Results

At the beginning of the relationship we set up the client with presentation templates, standard slides, asset banks, and PowerPoint guidelines. We also created an e-Learning module to allow their team to understand how to use the assets that we had created for them. 

We now have an ongoing relationship with New Signature, delivering a set number of consultancy hours each month at a heavily discounted rate in exchange for an ongoing commitment.
