Frequently Asked Questions

Process

Whether you've got a completed presentation that just needs a bit of design support, the beginning of an idea, or you're somewhere in between, we can help you at any stage of your presentation journey. All you need to do to get started is to get in touch with us and we can take it from there.

We’d love to receive any content you currently have, as thorough a brief as you have on how the deck will be used and your audience, and any design direction you've got. Don't worry if you haven't got any of this yet though – we can help with the lot.

We have a team of content and storytelling experts ready to assist you with developing your narrative. We can run a Discovery and Storytelling Workshop with you to work through your messaging, ensuring you get the most out of your presentation. We're also able to create content to accompany your final presentation without a workshop with an audit of your existing content.

We sure can! Our design team can work with you to visually bring your script to life.

This is the magic question, and one that we usually ask back to you. When do you need it by? We can work to your deadline. If you don’t have a deadline, a standard presentation design project generally takes 2-4 weeks.

Absolutely! We’ve turned around projects in a matter of days.

We appreciate the sensitivity of our clients work and regularly sign NDAs. We are happy to sign yours, and even have our own template if required.

Once we've confirmed your project, you'll be assigned a dedicated Creative Lead and Project Manager. We'll all get together on a kick off call where you can take us through design examples that you like, along with any brand guidelines to follow. The studio team will design a look and feel for you, with around 6-8 example slides for your review and input. We'll present the look and feel for your feedback, which will then be tweaked and form the basis of your final presentation build, giving you design input and sign-off across every stage of your project.

We've got heaps of experience bringing presentations to life and sticking within the brand guidelines of some of the world’s most recognisable brands.

99% of our work is done in PowerPoint. If you’d prefer that we work in another platform, we can accommodate whatever suite you like best.

We think MS PowerPoint is the most robust presentation software around.

You'll receive two rounds of amends as part of your project. Of course, we understand that scope can sometimes change mid-way through a project, so we're happy to work flexibly, and can revise and re-quote for any amends or additions to your brief.

Results

We'll work with you before we get started to understand how you'll be using the presentation. We regularly deliver two versions of a presentation, one larger file with animations and video, perfect for presenting, and a second flat PDF-ready file, optimised for email sharing.

Of course! As part of the initial briefing process, we'll discuss your intended audience and design the deck with them in mind.

Yes! As our presentations are designed in PowerPoint, they'll stay fully editable once delivered. We also offer presentation templates if you need a more flexible option.

We'd love to show you tailored examples of our previous work. It's one of our favourite things to do. Get in touch now and we’ll schedule in a meeting to take you through these.

Operations

We'll create a proposal based on your individual scope, so no two quotes are the same. As a ballpark reference, a basic slide design deck starts at around £2,500.

We quote our projects based on our standard studio day rate.

We work across a wide breadth of industries, and there really isn't a category we haven’t worked with. From fintech and insurance through to construction, FMCG and hospitality – you name it, we've worked with them.

We're able to support you in whatever way suits you best. We've got lots of clients on retainer, with their own dedicated team delivering projects as needed throughout the year.

Worldwide! The beauty of our work is that it can be done entirely online. Of course, we love meeting in person when geography allows, but we've got clients across the globe.

This depends on a few elements: timings, project scale, and business terms. Our standard payment terms, though, are 30 days, 50% on signature, 50% on completion.
